When you use the contact form, we collect the topic you select, your email address, subject, and message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use submitted information to route and respond to inquiries, evaluate possible projects, maintain correspondence, protect the form from abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve site reliability. We do not use contact-form information for automated decision-making.

Hikari Create does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral analytics on this website. Third parties do not collect personal information here about your activity over time and across unrelated websites on our behalf. External sites linked from the Hikari network operate under their own privacy notices.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, input validation, rate limiting, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, or submit a verified request not to sell covered information. Because we do not sell covered information, an opt-out request will be recorded and honored if our practices change. Send requests to privacy@hikaricreate.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us for deletion.
Policy updates
Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the effective date. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required.
