Website purpose
This site presents Hikari Create, its capabilities, selected ventures, and ways to begin a conversation. Information on this site is general and may change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, guarantee, or professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
Project engagements
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Scope, timing, fees, payment terms, ownership, licensing, confidentiality, cancellation, and deliverables become binding only through a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, graphics, and Hikari Create branding are owned by Hikari Create or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal or informational purposes.
